EXTENDED ABSTRACT: This paper takes the flotation of andalusite as the research object, conducts crystal examination and quantum chemistry research on andalusite minerals from the microscopic scale, and explores the adsorption of minerals and collectors under different solution environments. The three phase coarse granulation model of collector, ore and water was established by using dissipative particle dynamics (DPD), and the aggregation phenomenon of collector with different concentration and configuration in aqueous solution was studied, and the changes of interfacial tension and interfacial relative concentration were investigated. By studying the internal mechanism and influencing factors of flotation at microscopic and mesoscopic scales, theoretical support and relevant data were provided for the simulation of internal flow field in the stirred reactor on the macro level. Finally, mathematical modeling and flow field analysis were carried out for the flotation agitator, and theoretical basis was provided for improving the efficiency and production quality of mineral flotation.
