2-20.High-throughput manufacturing test platform based on 3D printing of elemental powder blender

Abstract: Elemental powder 3D printing has an important exploration value compared to the traditional prefabricated metal powder 3D printing which the manufacturing process will be greatly shortened and the type of alloy powder will be reduced by rapid online metallurgy. In this paper, elemental powder blender 3D printing technology was developed and a high-throughput printing test platform for metal materials was also fabricated based on this technology. The platform is equipped with 10 channels and can print more than 40 mechanical properties samples for the materials with more than 5 elements at one time. Homogenization is also accomplished during the manufacturing process. The high-throughput platform can offer broad application on composition design and property research of novel materials, such as iron and steel materials, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, nickel-based superalloy, high-entropy alloy, etc.

摘要:相比于传统预制金属粉末的 3D 打印,元素粉末 3D 打印通过快速在线冶金,流程大 大缩短、粉末种类大幅减少,具有重要发展价值。本文开发了异质粉末 3D 打印技术,在此 基础研发了一种金属材料高通量制备试验平台,该设备可同时实现 5 种以上元素、10 个通 道、不少于 40 种材料力学性能样件的一次性制备,并完成均质化处理。在钢铁材料、铝合 金、钛合金、镍基高温合金、高熵合金等各种金属新材料的成分设计、性能研究等方面具备 广泛的应用前景。
